Find energy, peace & ease in your own skin.

I’m a yoga teacher & wellness junkie striving to be the best version of myself & I’m hoping to inspire you do the same too! Using various movement & mindfulness techniques, my mission is to get you to feel good on the inside and out so that you’re better equipped to pursue a more joyful  and balanced life.

Yoga is not just another workout.

Though it is very much a means to fitness, it is also a path of self-discovery, of trust, of inner (and outer) transformation – a 360 degree wellness toolbox, if you will. I’ve been fortunate enough to have discovered yoga a decade ago and it has quite literally changed my life. Let me explain.

When I was younger, I had such low self-esteem that I’d minimize myself to the point of near invisibility for fear of being ridiculed or humiliated. As I got older, I became very aware of my shortcomings, and so I began to force myself outside of my comfort zone but it always felt so contrived. I felt caught up in this endless game of always trying to prove that I was cool enough, funny enough, laid-back enough. I so desperately wanted to be enough.

Fast forward to ten years ago when I tried yoga for the first time and lived happily ever after.

Just kidding. Imagine life was that easy?

So I tried yoga on a whim and I loved it so much that I kept going back. At first I was just after a good sweat followed by that sweet yoga high but as my practice deepened over the years, so too did I. Instead of looking to others for social cues, I began tuning in. I started listening to my own body, and I started to like what I heard. I realized that only I had the power to make myself happy and so I took control of my life and started chipping away at the bullshit, at the negativity, at all that no longer served me. And slowly, I began feeling at ease. For the first time in my life, I started to feel comfortable in my own skin, happy to be me, no longer looking to others for validation.

Despite this transformation, I’m still human. I still experience ups and downs just like everybody else. But yoga has given me the tools to climb out of negativity into a safe and fulfilling headspace where I am free to be myself in every sense of the word.

For me, yoga has been a much needed breath of fresh air.

I invite you to come on this journey of self-exploration with me. I promise you it will be worth it.
