My teaching style?
It’s fun & playful with tons of feel-good hands-on assists. I specialize in Vinyasa Flow though I also have some experience with Restorative, Kundalini & Kid’s Yoga and my sequences often reflect influences from these various modalities. I work with students of all levels looking to enhance their physical, mental & emotional bodies through postures, breathwork and meditation. My classes leave you feeling light yet energized with a renewed connection to your mind, body and spirit. In bringing you the tools of yoga, I hope to empower you to courageously explore your own life in order to find peace, balance and happiness.
Since starting my teaching journey, I’ve undergone over 400 hours of education via trainings, workshops and self-study. I’ve been fortunate to have studied with many world-renowned teachers including Ron Reid, Marla Meenakshi Joy, Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman Yee, Allowah Lani & Sufey Chen. I am currently pursuing my advanced (300-hour) certification at Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto.
